The centre is situated at the end of Beaumont Road in the Mount Gould area of Plymouth. The centre is serviced by two bus stops. Plymouth Age Concern has limited off-road parking.

From the City Centre (Charles Cross Roundabout):
- take the turning leading to Ebrington Street and follow this road as it leads into Beaumont Road
- continue along Beaumont Road
- at the end of Beaumont Road, before it turns into Mount Gould Road turn left into Astor Drive
- the William and Patricia Venton Centre is the building in front of you behind the gates
- parking is available in any of the unmarked bays within these gates
From the A38 (The Parkway):
- from the Marsh Mills Roundabout follow the A374 into Plymouth, along the Plymouth Road
- continue along the Plymouth Road as it turns into Embankment Road
- turn right off Embankment Road into Lanhydrock Road (the junction is just past the allotments on your right and the Rowing Club building on your left)
- follow Lanhydrock Road and take the first right into Heathfield Road
- at the top of Heathfield Road turn right into Beaumonth Road
- continue along Beaumont Road and take the first left into Astor Drive
- the William and Patricia Venton Centre is the building in front of you behind the gates
- parking is available in any of the unmarked bays within these gates
