Directions to The William Venton Day Centre

The William Venton Day Centre is easily accessible by foot, bicycle, bus and car.

The centre is situated in the Plymstock area of Plymouth, near the broadway shopping centre at the far end of the broadway car park. The centre is serviced by bus stops. Plymouth Age Concern has very limited off-road parking.

Directions by road:

From the City Centre (Charles Cross Roundabout):

• leave the City via Exeter Street following the signs for Kingsbridge
• continue following the signs for Kingsbridge (A379) at the Cattedown Roundabout
• cross the River Plym onto Billacombe Road (A379)
• at the first roundabout turn right
• immediatley at the next roundabout take the second left (the first left will take you into Morrisons and MacDonalds) into Pomphlett Road
• continue along Pomphlett Road following the signs for the Broadway
• turn right at the mini-roundabout, the Broadway car park is soon on your left
• the centre is at the far end of the car park

From the A38 (The Parkway):

• from the Marsh Mills Roundabout follow the A374 into Plymouth, along the Plymouth Road
• continue along the Plymouth Road as it turns into Embankment Road
• continue along Embankment Road following the signs for Kingsbridge
• this will take you away from the City Centre and into the Plymstock area of Plymouth
• cross the River Plym onto Billacombe Road (A379)
• at the first roundabout turn right
• immediatley at the next roundabout take the second left (the first left will take you into Morrisons and MacDonalds) into Pomphlett Road
• continue along Pomphlett Road following the signs for the Broadway
• turn right at the mini-roundabout, the Broadway car park is soon on your left
• the centre is at the far end of the car park
