Plymouth
The origins of Plymouth date back to over one thousand years ago from farmland on the mouth of the River Plym that over time developed into Sutton Harbour.
Plymouth and its maritime history dates back to this early time and its early recorded cargo leaving Plymouth in 1211, the Pilgrims leaving for the Americas and todays modern naval dockyard.
