Stroke Awareness

We are holding two 'Stroke Awareness' Open Days at two of our centres in the city. The days will offer people who have had a stroke and their relatives and/or friends the opportunity to find out what services and activities are available in Plymouth. The Open Days will also be of benefit to people who may be at risk of stroke. There will be a chance to gather lots of information and have a personal 'MOT' which includes a blood pressure check.
