IT'S CARNIVAL TIME! The Annual Skilled Hands Art and Craft Exhibition is moving location this year. Instead of the Lower Guidhall, this popular event is being staged at Plymouth Age Concern's Elspeth Sitters House Centre on the Barbican - with the added bonus of being open to the public for longer.
Visitors will be able to view displays of work from Wednesday 16th to Saturday 19th June 2010.
