 “To care for and work with older people and their carers in and around the City of Plymouth to improve their quality of life ”

and we do this by:

• Enabling them to make choices about their own lives
• Providing services that meet their needs
• Enhancing their independence and their quality of life
• Helping them to influence the society in which they live
• Working in partnership with statutory, voluntary and community organisations
• Raising awareness of older peoples issues
• Improving public understanding and communicating the needs and views of older people through public education and campaigning
